Wonderful at releasing emotions! November 17, 2017 Reviewer: Mindy from Taylorsville, Utah   This spearmint is the go-to oil for my husband and I when we have kiddos who refuse to calm down enough to sleep.  Put a couple of drops on a cotton ball for them to inhale, and boom!  They are out like a light. =)  I have found that it helps me in my own emotional release as well.  I would recommend this to anyone!
