Properties: Mandarin Essential Oil is emotionally uplifting and emotionally releasing. Mandarin, Red is a true children's oil and is amazing for kids. It targets the inner child and helps the inner child release negative emotions no matter what your age, so it's a great emotionally releasing oil. Mandarin, Red oil has been used traditionally for soothing restlessness, especially in hyperactive children. Mandarin, Red oil has an intensely sweet almost mouthwatering citrus aroma. Most people are enchanted with its lovely smell, and most kids love it (it's one of my personal favorites!). Mandarin, Red oil is also a calming oil and some people find it deeply calming and soothing.

Safety: Mandarin Red essential oil is on the FDA's Generally Regarded As Safe (GRAS) list. Mandarin oil is non-toxic, non-irritant. Sensitization may occur in some individuals. All citrus oils are to some degree phototoxic, which means they should not be used topically on the skin 12 hours prior to exposure to the sun or ultra violet rays.
