Properties: Grapefruit Essential Oil is fresh, tart, uplifting, and invigorating. Grapefruit possesses both toning and astringent properties. When added to shampoo Grapefruit essential oil imparts a lustrous shine to the hair.

Safety: Grapefruit essential oil is on the FDA's Generally Regarded As Safe (GRAS) list. Grapefruit essential oil is non-toxic, non-irritant. Sensitization may occur in some individuals.
