Properties: Cypress essential oil is a sweet balsamic oil with a refreshing scent reminiscent of pine needles and juniper. Cypress was well known to the ancient Egyptians. The ancient Greeks dedicated the tree to Pluto, God of the Underworld - thus it is a tree of cemeteries.
